2019 Reunion Weekend Schedule of Events


Friday, June 7   ($35)
at “The Castle” – the former Music & Art building (now A. Philip Randolph),
443 W. 135th St. for alumni of M&A

5-7pm: We are happy to invite you back to “The Castle on the Hill.” The gathering includes music, appetizers, and self-guided tours of the school. Friends from any class (including non reunion years) are welcome to join. Please note that the Music & Art building does not have a working elevator, and there are no ramps. You must use stairs to enter the building and to get to the party in the downstairs cafeteria.


Saturday, June 8   ($50 / $60 with Semi-Annual Ticket) 
at LaGuardia High School of Music & Art and Performing Arts,
100 Amsterdam Ave at 65th St. for alumni of M&A, PA and LaGuardia

12pm:               Registration, Semi-Annual Art Exhibit (the Semi- Annual will be on display throughout the day in the 2nd Floor Art Gallery and on the Mezzanine Level)

12:30-1:30pm:  Exclusive event for 1940-1954 classes: Bagels & Lox Brunch and Live Music

1:30-2pm:         Semi-Annual Art Exhibit (the Semi- Annual will be on display throughout the day in the 2nd Floor Art Gallery and on the Mezzanine Level)

2-3pm:              Dance and Drama showcase in the Little Flower Theatre

3-5pm:              Class gatherings and class photos (class of 1954 will have its own classroom for gathering, which will be available upon registration)

5-7pm:              Dinner, dessert, and photo-booth with complimentary photos distributed

7:30-10pm:       Semi Annual Orchestra and Choral Concert

 

Please note that the High School of Music & Art is not accessible, as there are two sets of stairs to enter the main lobby. 
LaGuardia High School is an accessible venue, with a ramp outside the school, and elevators.
