Constance Boykan (Pete & Harry) Fund

This award is for a student who demonstrates exceptional commitment to social and political activism. Constance Berke Boykan, Music & Art ’59, was the Executive Director of A&F from 1989-2006. This fund was established to honor the late Pete Seeger, husband of Toshi Seeger, Music & Art ’40, for a lifetime of community activism through his musical communication, and economist Harry Magdoff, who is dedicated to the health and education of children throughout the world.
