We invite you to participate in a photoshoot with 2019 Emmy Award winner Jharrel Jerome (LaG ’15)
on Monday, 10/28, 4:30-6pm
Emmy Award winner Jharrel Jerome is a LaGuardia alumnus (LaG ’15) and a recipient of the Alumni & Friends Marjorie Dycke Drama Award. He will be doing a photoshoot with Netflix Queue magazine and we are offering you the opportunity to participate. This event is NOT sponsored by LaGuardia High School or the NYC Department of Education.

Location: John Jay College, 524 W. 59th St. (exact location within the John Jay College Campus will be emailed to you directly)
Once you have filled out and submitted the form below, you must come to the Alumni & Friends office (room 853) on Friday, October 25 to pick up your release form. If you are under 18, the release form must be signed by a parent/guardian. Only those who fill out the release form will be able to participate. You must return the release form to the Alumni & Friends office on Monday, October 28.
Please note the form will stop collecting submissions once we’ve reached the number of requested participants, so please fill out the form only if you are able to attend.
