Nevarte (Rose) Hamparian, M&A '44
We were recently informed that dancer Nevarte (Rose) Hamparian (M&A ’44) passed away this past February at age 92. She was a prominent presenter, choreographer and dancer of Armenian dance, founding the Nayiri Dance Group of New York, and having been a member and at one time the director of the Armenian Folk Dance Society. We extend our condolences to her family and friends.
